- Rock Hard Legs & Buns
- Come get your butt kicked! This mixed-discipline lower body workout is designed to maximize strength-building throughout the biggest muscles in your body. Interwoven with cardio drills this class is sure to leave your buns feeling like a jelly donut at the end, all leading toward developing or maintaining a lean, sculpted physique.
- Capoeira Dance
- Practice your martial arts skills to music, in this Capoeira-inspired class. Capoeira is a Brazilian martial art originating in Angola, that combines elements of dance, acrobatics and music. In Dance Fight Circle we use capoeira skills to play non-contact dance-fight games.
